well that would depend on how far up you have the seat wouldn't it? It doesn't recline much though either way. You're not going to ask if it's possible to "do it" in the s2000 next are you?

how is this :the seat reclines from starting point to
rear deck.
or this :the seat reclines from point a to point b
maybe this :from upright to recline
na this :

ok for real the seat do not recline much as there is not much room to do so .i'm 6'2" so i'm i click from all the way
back on the slider and 1 click from hitting the back .
i'm sure someone 5 ft has more clicks that i do .

can i ask you why ?

oh my goodness. For goodness gracious you guys are weirder than the benz people . I'm asking this cuz I'm planning to trade my current car with an S as my only car and daily driver to campus. I'm not gonna DO IT in an S of course. DUH. I'm just thinking about long trips that I occasionally make and it'll be nice for my GF to be a ble to recline and sleep in the passanger seat won't it? Thanks for the quick answers anyway.

She'll need to learn to sleep sitting up. It really doesn't recline that much because it's a roadster. The back of the seat will come into contact with the compartment where the soft top folds into.

BTW - there are many humorous threads of people figuring out ways to "do it" in the s2000.

nevide,

Check out the seats in the S2000 firsthand. I think you'll be surprised at how little they recline (I was).

To "do it" in the S2000, the top would probably have to be down, in order to allow the proper, um, mobility.

Actually, I believe the hood is long enough. It wouldn't be safe to have anyone sitting in your lap though.

They recline if you pull the seat forward and then recline the chair. Other then that it doesn't really recline as a normal car. But you kinda crunch up you legs if you do that way of pulling the chair forward. I do this so I can sit one back because I think my back off so it doesn't tired it out.
