How much to fix?

Unhappy How much to fix?

hey guys i came across this in the Canadian Auto Trader what do you think? it's it worth fixing (if it is i might buy) it looks to have a lot of rear end damage and that's about it.

pic

all it says is it's a MY00 and the suspention is ok, the owner wants $1,599 for it.

Hmm, that's Canadian money so I think it's about $10 US.

Depends on what all is wrong. There has to be a good bit of damage for them to want to sell it at that price. Maybe no engine? The body looks clean except for the back. There might be some damage there.

Anyway, even if the engine is gone and the back is totaled, I bet you could part it out for alot more than what they're selling it for. If you're local to the seller I'd definitely check it out. It could be that they mistyped the price and meant to sell at $15,990.00

Ya that could be true....I live on the other side of the country lol so if the car was all good i would go and get it but....i think i'll give the owner a call

For that price, you can hardly go wrong! Hell, you could probably part it out for at least that much if its too much trouble to fix.

pretty suspicious considering the engine and transmission is worth at least a couple g's alone.
