How much off a s2k part
Hey guys how much can you make off a complete part out. I recently got into an accident and don't really have the time and funds right now to fix it. I would love to fix it but my girlfriend is pregnant, which pretty much means I need to buy four door car. Would selling it as is or doing a complete part out is the question. I'm sure with 5k the car will be up and running if anything
Step 1) Asset all oem and aftermarket parts that are not damaged
2) Write down how much they cost new
3) Take off 40-60% depending on item, condition (wear and tear items depreciate more)
Since you mentioned that you don't have time for a part out, you might be better off selling the car as is. Parting out is a tremendous amount of time factored in with tire kickers and lowballers, as well as people that aren't interested.
List it for sale, see what offers you get. You're going to be taking a loss, even if you fix it up and try to resell it.
EDIT: Your sig is really ironic.
