Rear right wheel has more fender gap than the left side and front left wheel has more fender gap than the right side. the wheel and supension are completely stock. is there something wrong?

 

Before getting too far with this, check to see if the spring spacers were ever removed. These will affect the way the car sits and rides. If all the spacers have been removed, then normally, the driver's side of an S2000 will sit noticeably higher than the passenger side (front and rear). Your car is very odd if you don't still have some or all of the spring spacers in.
