Default How Much Would You Pay?

Hello,

I'm hoping to buy a S2000 but unfortunately the ones in my area are overpriced.

Would anyone here consider buying one $5,400.00 over the listed Black Book price?

I see them go for well under "market value" in my area. Shop around more. There's plenty out there, I don't think the S2K has reached the point where they can be marked up for no reason.

You have to take into consideration the condition of the car. If it's "minty" with low miles then you might want a go at it !

Well I got the guy to come down $2,000.00 but it's still too expensive for me.

Thanks for the advice, guys!

If people are actually buying s2000 for that much more in your area, you either pay that much more or look elsewhere. Value is what the market is willing to pay, not what some books based on skewed values says since most people under report the price for tax purposes on used cars.
