Any convertible over 100k are hard to sell because 1) People will be willing to dish out couple more thousands for a car with less miles, 2) Cars tend to "hold" but deteriorate especially from the 100k mark, and 3)100k miles on a S2000 is 150k on Sedans.

If you really need to sell the car, I'd ask for a $10,800 (with little room to negotiate) and sell the hard top separately.

 

I'll trade you my M3 sedan (worth about 17) for your S plus 5 grand

 

BTW, just to keep your thread from being locked by an admin, I would try do your selling in the for sale section.

 

There is a guy on another post who is looking at a salvaged title car. I would hook up with him and see if both can get a good deal out of it.
