I sold my 2005 with 27k miles, coilovers 10k miles on it, 17' RPF-1 with new tires, 4point strut bar, AEM CAI, 2 way pager alarm with motion sensor in March 09 for $17.5K. It was in perfect condition. I thought it was a good deal for the buyer. I was gonna take $1,000 loss because I thought I owed the bank $18.5k but I only owed them $16.5k... S2000 price is going down and down...

It has one owner, no accidents, and is CLEAN inside and out. All stock (except sound system, but has stock headunit in his closet), never modded, never tracked, babied and has extended warranty.

He's selling because he has a baby on the way and needs 4 doors now. He seems like a man of his word and sounds legit.

You're not getting hurt by paying $20K. If you can strike a better deal, go for it.

Meh, that's what I hate about buying cars. I have an 07 and it's worth so little compared to when I bought it new.

That's why I buy used from private parties, you can get a more car for less money. I mean, don't get me wrong...I love the feeling of having a brand new car that no one else has driven, but I can wait for that feeling again. I'd rather save myself $10k and get a slightly older and slightly used s2000 rather than get a brand new one that will be in the same condition as the used one in a year...

All sports cars are cheap now due to most people are looking for greener cars to save money because they are not sure if there job is stable. ITs the same in the Evo group right now they are going for dirt cheap.

$20,000 is good. I can tell you right now, I owe more than that on my 07 with 32,000 miles on it. I bought it brand new.
