I only see them a few times a year, but we all come out in huge numbers at the big meets

There's a fair number of us in DFW. I usually see several a week. Probably half stock and half modded is my highly not so technical estimation.

I don't know how many there are in my state of Queensland, Oz, but I have never ever seen an S2000 moving on the road.

I have seen only one parked in a near by township, once.

I imagine a post on the Honda Odyssey forum: "This morning I drove four and a half blocks without seeing another Odyssey; are these becoming rare?"

Around here people can certainly afford S2000's... but don't bother. I think ours is one of three in the area, I might see one of the other two once a month, +/-. And the S2000 is the most common of the cars we own.

There's a odyssey forum?

Yeah, there is, and its not bad. I got some good tips on DIY replacing compliance bushings from there, so don't laugh.

Around here I have only seen one S2000 in like the past 3 1/2 months. Since right around when we got the first snowfall. Weird. They seem to have gotten rare very quickly. Definitely odd.

You find it weird you haven't seen any s2000s since the snow started falling? Really?

I haven't seen an S2000, modded or not, since I bought mine four months ago. Then again, it was a crazy harsh winter so they are probably all hibernating safely in garages.

There's quite a few in Tucson surprisingly. I often see at least 1 S2000 a day if I'm looking. They get spotted quite a be in Phoenix as well.

Mike, we're fortunate to live in year-round good driving weather. Our brethren in colder climates suffer, sometimes for months on end, without seeing S2Ks on the road, let alone being able to drive top down almost anytime they want to. I see one or two nearly each week, sometimes around my neighborhood and sometimes in the freeways. My heart always lifts when I see one.
