Wow... this really is a surprising turnout. I didn't think that people would VTEC this often. I thought by my average of every 2 days was bad, but people here are doing it everyday... this is insane... wow.

I don't see what the big deal is though. I'm surprised that people don't do it every day.

 

Everyday? I VTEC (not actually a verb BTW) Just about every single shift. At least 1-2-3 anyway.

 

I try not to but everyday...I have a long str8 before its very tempting and usually gets me to 9k :-)

 

Well in my mind hitting VTEC is only going to around 6k or 7k RPM's. There's a difference between hitting redline and hitting VTEC. I VTEC everytime I drive the car (couple times a day), but I only redline it maybe once a day or every other day.

I know it doesn't give the same feeling short shifting at 6 or 7k RPM's rather than 8 or 9k, but it's still some VTEC action!

 

Multiple times on Sundays with random occurances through the week. Occasionally it makes it to the 9200 rev limit on Sundays.
