how to paint stockers?

Default how to paint stockers?

im thinking of painting my stock wheels but i cant find a how to on it. so if anybody knows where i could find it that wouold be really helpful. thanx

Best to powder coat them. Unless you have the equipment and the expertise, this is not a "do it at home" type of job.

You have to clean them,and sand them first, for the paint to adhere well to the wheel;and that's the HARD part of the job.
And it will still be very prone to rock chips,and scratches.
Powder coating,as Xviper said,is a much better long term solution.

im just looking for a temporary solution for a while before i have enough money for some other rims. im saving money so powdercoating for me is not what i want to do right now. so how much should i sand them down and what grit sandpaper?

you should look under club rsx forums. a while back they had a DIY of clearcoating the rims.
