How to post a picture with new site?

I uploaded some new pictures to MyS2000-photo albums but they do not show up in the (insert photo) drop down box. I also tried displaying new pictures at full mode and using the syntax [url ]address link[/url ] and get the red x. 
Can still post old pictures in thread using (insert photo) drop down box but can't find and see my old pictures in MyS2000-photo albums. So what is the secret?

Oops, small glitch. You shouldn't be seeing the new personal galleries yet, they aren't finished. I don't know how the link got changed but I put it back to the current photo album function.
