I am swapping my 01 ECU for an 03 this weekend, but I need to know how to get the ECU out. The dealership is only doing the reprogram.

Might want to have a mod move this to UTH.

The ecu is located in the kick panel to the left of the dead pedal in the driver's footwell.

I can't recall for ours...but most are held in place by screws or plastic snap clips. Should be fairly obvious once you look at it. I can tell you that removing the wiring harness plug is a pain.
