I already replaced the stolen stereo equipment from the Insight "out of my pocket." Now I have an insurance check ready to be spent. What should I do!?

 

I don't think you've got much left to do to your car Wes!!. Why not spend it on a closed circuit T.V. camera to monitor your car when it's parked. There was one on QVC recently that even worked in total darkness, used a spare channel on your T.V. set and even switched to that channel when it detected any activity.

As for the TV, I've actually got a system spec'ed out, would buy all the stuff on my own. The biggest issue is that for now I live in an apartment. I do have a garage, but can't really set up much in the garage...they're not real cool with you drilling holes and trying to run wires all over the place. Could do wireless, but, I'm just gonna wait until I move. At least that's what I want the crooks to think.

I might have to add, axles + cryo differential housing = launching again.

Axles = $1,000 (just got new quote)
Shipping = $75
Cryo treatment on housing = ~$300
Shipping = $75
Tear down and rebuild of differential = ~$400+ (still getting quote)

Total = $1,850+
