When people reply they have to duck when seeing street lights, is that for one lane each way streets? I am only 5'10" and have no problem with street lights, but most of the streets are 3 lanes each way.

I am 6,1 and fit fine. I have driven several new body miatas on 2 plus hr trips and got a very sore back. The s2000 has much more leg room and recline to make a taller person happier. The only other car I could think of that has more room would be a porsche boxster.

I'm 6'3" and ~220lbs. I was quite comfortable when my car was stock with the seat all the way back. Now I am very comfortable with BYS lowering seat rail on the drivers seat and NRG hub and Quick release with Nardi deep corn wheel. The steering wheel is now in a great driving position (it is too far away in the stock location and the seat all the way back, for spirited driving).
There is lots of length for the legs, more than most cars.

Just 6' (and 185), but all torso. I sit down next to guys 6' 5", I'm usually still taller.

My eye level is even with the top of the rolled up window. Yet there is enough of a bubble that my head still fits under the closed roof. I can't see any of the tach above around 6.5k, and even when I'm several cars back I still gotta duck to see traffic lights if the top is up (if its down I just look over top of so-called windshield). I gotta wear a cap when top down else its like a hair tsunami.

But I fit, and I'm loving every minute of it. Interestingly I don't have any complaints about steering wheel position or any other controls, just wish the seat went lower, a lot.

Depending on how you are proportioned, mostly leg, mostly torso, in between, will determine where you'll be cramped.

With some modifications the stock seat can be made to sit lower, and there are of course aftermarket seats that can give more room.

I bet you can find a way to fit.
