Actually, thinking of it... the people who track are usually the ones who take the best care of the car.
Agreed, the exterior of the car may not be perfect clean but most track junkies takes very good care of their cars mechanically and inspect them fairly often. They also tend to fix or replace things at the first sign of trouble. Also many of the people who track their cars aren't too wild unless they are on the track. I know when daily driving I cruise around right around or slightly above the speed limit, I don't really see vtec too often, and all my downshifts are rev matched if not double clutched (I know it's not really needed but it sure as hell is fun) I find it useless to drive hard on the street when there is so many better places you can use the cars potenial.

I'd feel more comfortable buying mikegarrison's, ruexp's, triple h's, or 124 spider's cars than I would most people's cars on this board and I've never met any of those guys in person

Um ... not all tracked cars have had quite the sort of life that mine has had. I still love it, but I can't honestly say I'd recommend buying it! It's definitely a better potential candidate for eventual racification than for museum restoration.

But I do take a lot better care of my dual-use S2000 than I do my street-only CRX, so the basic point is still valid.

Why do you think you need rotors? When you say your brakes are "going bad," what does that mean? You cannot stop as well as before? Worn rotors will not cause that. What kind of Axxis pad did you get? How long have you had them on? Did you bed them in?

My suspicion is that you simply need a brake fluid flush...
Braking distance had increased. In addition, when rolling slowly to a complete stop, the entire car jerks as if the rotors' surfaces are uneven.

A brake flush was done when i first isntalled the pads; I thought the pads were the problem to my jerkiness when braking. I dont remember which Axxis pads i installed though.

I didnt know OEM rotors are around $300 for the set!!! and shipping is not even included!!!!!

For all four, yes. And anything that costs less than that would raise a huge red flag.
