Default How to tell where a S2000 driver is from

Some thoughts

One hand on the wheel, one hand on the horn -- Chicago.

One hand on the wheel, one finger out the window -- NYC.

One hand on the wheel, one hand frantically waving a sign that says 'My other car is union made' -- Detroit.

One hand on the wheel, one hand on a newspaper that's being read -- Boston.

One hand on the wheel, one hand cradling a cell phone -- Sadly, this could be just about anywhere.

One hand on the wheel, one on the gun in their lap -- L.A.

Both hands on the wheel, eyes on the rear view mirror -- Texas.

Both hands on the wheel, blue hair peering out, left blinker on -- FL.

No hands on the wheel, steering with knees - Utah.

Both hands in the air and gesturing, head turned a talking to passenger - NJ.

That should be enough to get some ideas going.... have fun.

How about:

Left hand on wheel with fingers pressing stereo controls and right hand on shift knob. Rear view mirror angled so I can make sure I look good driving.

Just kidding.

Don't know when you were last in Florida, but the "blue hair" thing is not a Florida thing. And "terminal address syndrome" (the practice of driving slowly and looking right to left, left to right, etc. is limited to older Floridians (usually transplants). Not many olders Floridians drivin' S2s- usually Buicks.

Hell! I'd just like to *see* a "blue hair" get in and out of an S2000! I know it was funny enough trying to extract my ol' man out of the driver's seat
