i am not an intelligent man.
i got rick's airbag warning stickers today.
i took the visors out, laid them on the desk....
and messed up on every one of the stickers.
it looks pretty good, but i know the little screw ups will nag me forever.

I wouldn't advise it. Reaching up with limited space will mkae it hard to align the stickers properly. The adhesive is very sticky and if you misalign you won't be able to correct it without ruining the sticker. But the screws come out very easily. Like anything else you do on the car, if you don't rush it and take care, it's pretty easy to remove the visors and apply the stickers.
If you mist the back of the sticker with a little glass cleaner before applying it you will be able to pull it off if you mess up. Once you have the sticker affixed to your liking use a credit card or driver's license to "squeegee" the sticker in place. Work from the middle to the edges to push out any small wrinkles or bubbles. You are then good to go.
I make highway signs for a living and if it weren't for this little trick I would screw up every sign!

You think you screwed it up.... I started putting the original John A stickers on with the visors off the car. I put them in the direction that seemed natural.... top toward edge... Wrong.
Both had to come off as they were put on upside down.
Miraculously, I can't tell.
