Don't feel too bad. I stripped one of the screws while putting the visors back on and had to go to the dealership.

I was feeling like a pretty big jackass that day.

Just a question...how tough would it be to put the stickers on without removing the visors?

I wouldn't advise it. Reaching up with limited space will mkae it hard to align the stickers properly. The adhesive is very sticky and if you misalign you won't be able to correct it without ruining the sticker. But the screws come out very easily. Like anything else you do on the car, if you don't rush it and take care, it's pretty easy to remove the visors and apply the stickers.

Ok...I just haven't done anything yet with this car, and don't want to screw it up...but sounds simple enough, thanks!

If you mist the back of the sticker with a little glass cleaner before applying it you will be able to pull it off if you mess up. Once you have the sticker affixed to your liking use a credit card or driver's license to "squeegee" the sticker in place. Work from the middle to the edges to push out any small wrinkles or bubbles. You are then good to go.

You think you screwed it up.... I started putting the original John A stickers on with the visors off the car. I put them in the direction that seemed natural.... top toward edge... Wrong.

Both had to come off as they were put on upside down.

Miraculously, I can't tell.

I think you have Skarv's problem. You keep putting the 9's upside down on the speed limit signs That is a great trick! I wish I had known. I am ok with mine, but they are not perfect.

I use this trick too. Works great. I used to tint windows and used a couple of drops of liquid dish soap in a spray bottle of water to lubricate the area.

Great application tip that I wasn't aware of!

If you orient the stickers the same way as the warning labels, they'll face the right direction.
