I bought a s2000 with the hardtop hardware
I bought a s2000 with the hardtop hardware already installed (but not hardtop, already sold)
the hardware was originally latched to a oem hardtop, will it latch to a mugen one? thanks,

To the OP, yes the Mugen one can use the OEM hardtop catchers on the sides and latches/strikers in the front.
