Default i cant really trust dealers anymore

i went to the dealer today to make an appoinment since i lowered my car last sat with set of ten S-Tech spring the camber was very out (butterflying)
so here are the conversation at the dealer (not exactly the same but similar)
Me " hi, im here to make an appoinment for camber adjustment"
guy " you have the after market camber kit on the car already?"
me " no i thought they come with a car ,, built in..."
guy( he was laughing like to make fun of me )" no they don't u should go to performance shop and buy them"
me" are you sure cuz i heard people talking about how it has built in camber adjustment kit on S2000."
guy" i certainly am im afraid that i cant help you today sir "
me " u sure??? why dont u go check ur service manual cuz i thought i saw it sayin it really does have a built in camber adjustment kit and u can adjust it."
guy " i worked on a S2000 yesterday for the alignment yesterday i didnt see anything like it .."
me " i was like ok thanks for ur time anyway"

i came back home open my honda service manual
it says camber and toe are adjustble

i was so mad how they tried to make me look like i was BSing and all.
what douguys think?

Sounds like you need a new dealership... If he did an alignment yesterday it sure must have been a poor one.

Yes they do, but you can only buy bootlegs, I think.

This is one of many threads that demonstrate how incompetent Honda dealers are when it comes to diagnostics, maintenance and repair.

This is why my car has never seen the dealership for any work. Everything that's been done to my car has been done by me.

Hell, I don't even take my car to the car wash because no one washes it right.

When I take mine in, I bring all fluids and give details of relevant issues. The service rep admits they rarely see S2000s and knows about their issues from ME.

I took my car in for the axle click. They said they would need to do a lot of work to find it and I just told them what to do. They didn't argue and did it...solved.

Some dealer reps think that every customer is an idiot, though.

Before people jump on EVERY dealer, that's not the case. There are many cases where dealers are informed, competent and friendly.

I've never had a problem with my dealer. The service managers know about the TSBs, and I've never gotten an unfriendly response or had inadequate work done.

You need to send the survey that your dealer sends you back, with the appropriate ratings. When their service ratings start to fall, they will probably take action.
