To answer xviper, I do think there are that many stupid people around.

In Austin, I see about 20 350Zs a day and maybe 1 or 2 S2Ks.

When I lived in Boston, I rarely saw them...maybe one every two weeks.

Driving across the country, I saw four

Now in Los Angeles, I see 1-3 every day....and 80% of them are silverstone!

Well, I gotta admit, GM has done a great marketting job on those cars and the car mags have helped in that regard with their reviews. However, I've only seen 2 on the road since they started to sell them. You'd think if more people bought into the marketting, you'd see them everywhere.

are you kidding me?

i had noticed recently that there are tons and tons of 350z in DFW... i see 3+ (and 2 G35c) on every drive... contrast that with maybe 2 s2000 per week...

i honestly, without exaggeration, feel that theres a 10:1 350z:S2k ratio in DFW...

besides seeing my s2000 on a daily basis, i will see one maybe once every other month. There are not very many in Anchorage, AK. Well I take that back, I see the 3 they have had for sale at my local honda dealership every time i go, so like once a month. I also heard the general manager has one, but i have never seen it since he parks his inside or in the back or something. Yeah though not very many s2000 in Alaska. One good thing about that is that I can say i have one of the 10 fastest s2000 in alaska. Ok, I am rambling now, so I am done.

And yes, I'm always up for a good cat swinging. The car seems to be more common than the 350Z in the DFW area (especially Arlington). It used to be so special. I really thought everyone would be buying the Sky and Solstice.

Your analogy seems too good to be true. I can hardly wait to introduce my S to a swinging cat.

Maybe Anchorage would be a good place to buy a new AP1. YDo you think they'll be ready to deal in January?
