I weep for the state of America. Those movies make a ridiculous amount of money. I bet some people really think that flames shoot out of mufflers like a flame thrower on sports cars now. But this thread makes me laugh pretty hard actually. When you won the Jetta pink slip did you tell the guy that he was "Granny shifting instead of double clutching like he should"?
Yeah, he was whining about how he almost had me, so I had to school about how it doesn't matter if it's an inch or a mile, winning is winning, the fool never had me, never had his car. Ugh, noobs, now me and the mad scientist gotta replace the piston rings that he fried.

What I hate more is the fact that drag racing is glorified as being such a test of driving skill.
Dude, don't you know, weeving through traffic on the highway takes hella skill, I mean that's essentially what they do in Nascar!

Maybe I was feeling a little agitated today, I don't know... but just a few minutes ago, I logged onto S2ki and read a post from some guy who felt he has just had a terribly interesting experience with a stranger and his S2000. The IDIOT stranger had asked him a mindblowingly dumb question about his S2000 and the guy responded with a CRUSHING response to put the guy back in his place with the bourgeoisie. I didn't understand why he felt the need to say that to the guy, nor the reason for posting about it, so I said "Don't you ever post something like that again."

By the way, I call bullshit on your story. If it's true, you're a jackass.

You mean yours doesn't do this? Take it back, it's defective. I have the soot marks on my bumper to prove it!
