VGS isnt even something you pose...

Posing would be an M3 badge on a 323 or a Type R badge......

This badge is absurd.

It's for the variable gear steering system for the J-spec S type-V.

Hey, speaking of VGS......do the USDM car have speed sensitive power assisted steering? I know my Integras (and most cars) automatically adjust so we don't go kniffing across the freeway when we try to change lanes, but many people complain about the S and its steering imputs/response.

I myself do not have any issues with lane changes at speed, but since thise VGS thing came up, I thought I'd ask. By the way, is'nt the VGS steering wheel the one with the flat bottom? I like that one, but we cannot even put the wheel on our car (hub issues, I know).

My opinion, no VGS system = no badge.

My understanding is that the S2000 does have speed-sensitive power assist steering. I've never had an issue with high-speed steering inputs, for what it's worth.

Yes, the VGS steering wheel is the really cool one with the flat bottom. Like many others, I too wish it could be used with non-VGS cars.

Finally, I agree - the VGS badge shouldn't go on anything but a VGS S2000.

go for a Type-R badge instead of the VGS - that would be so awesome

Cool, I wonder where the complaints come from, then.
People say the feel is dead, with the electric steering system. I don't know, it has never been what I blame if I get in trouble.

I've speculated that the very narrow front tires might contribute to some of the complaints. Road feel might be lacking because the tires basically aren't feeling much road.

Steering geometry, steering rack design, bushings, etc. etc. all can contribute.

Personally, I've never had reason to complain.
