[QUOTE=Audi/S2K fool,Sep 7 2006, 09:08 AM] Yeah, well thank god his mom was a bitch enough that she told that guy that we were sorry but we weren't gonna pay for it.

Dude if that was me and your friends mom told me she wasn't gonna pay for the damages I woulda taken it out on her car BIG time like front and rear glass and probably all the side glass and maybe even the house glass. There would be no way I'd let you guys skate with a free pass.
or he could have just called the cops. parents are responsible for their children's actions. and all of the damages would have been paid for by their parents as per a judge's ruling in court. there is no need to do anything in retaliation except get the money that is owed to you in court.

Well, we were 8, things don't look the way they do now as an adult. Trust me like I said, I would have shot my little 8 year old self if that was me!

Wow. Glad you didn't get too crazy with retaliation. I'd hate to think what would happen if someone hit my car with some rocks.

This same type thing happened to me about a year ago. I was driving my 03' Jeep Grand Cherokee with my bike and my friends bike on the top. We were on our way back from riding. These three kids pulled fishing line across the street and tied it to trees. It knocked both of the bikes off of the top. My bike was about $2200 and my friends was about $2900. We saw the kids run off up a trail. I ran after them and grabbed one of them. The others came at me swinging to free their friend so I laid them out I was 20 at the time and these kids were about 15. I called the cops and the cops told me that they would "cover my ass for hitting the kids". It was sweet cause I got my bike replaced and got to drill the punk ass kids without getting in trouble

Sorry for the novel but it is a great story!
