Default I got scared to death yesterday!

So yesterday night I was driving on the highway in some rural parts of Ontario (On my way to visit a friend)
At one point, there's major construction on the highway, which caused a rather huge traffic jam
I am 10km (6 miles) away from my destination with 5 bar of gas
So I thought I'll live till tomorrow until I reach the next gas station

So the construction site was 4km (2.5 miles) long and I was stuck for 15 mins.
That's when I realized I only have 3 bars left
***I know the last 3 bars can be rather misleading from other posts***
And here's the funny thing, the remaining 3 bars dropped by 1 every 2km (1.2 miles) I drove

I can't afford to risk pushing my car to a gas station the next day suppose it runs out of gas
So I decided to drive to the nearest gas station which was 5km (3 miles) away.
At this point the fuel gauge has no bars at all. The whole time I was just really worried I'll run out of fuel
I cruised with neutral whenever I go downhill and shifting up gear right after 2K rpm

I'm glad I made it to the gas station
and guess what?
I pumped 43L (11.4 Gallons) till full... So there was actually still gas for me to go to my friend's place, and pump up the next day
Honda sure gave me a heart attack (not literally)
But I guess they did it as a precaution measure

Moral of the story: Pump your gas so you don't get heart attacks when you hit traffic
