Which do you want, cold weather or bugs?

I went through that about a month ago. I spent two hours getting the car really clean, then went on a 30 mile drive through the local twisties and you couldn't find a 4-square-inch area on the front that didn't have a squished bug on it.

Don't worry about it, there are many worse things that could happen to you.

i have found that problem too. i have a spa yellow and i have never had a car that attracts bugs more. all bugs seem to have an affinity for my S. i find it quite annoying when they are all over my hood and front bumper, but i must agree with scottrnelson that there are much worse things that could happen.

yea true, but i just love how the hood and grille looks when its all shiny and clean. The bugs just make it look soo grimey. But at least a have an s2k hood to clean, right?

Truthfully, the cold weather. Why??? Car runs better in cold air. I'm not talking snow , just the colder weather. Plus, no bugs .

I actually find Zaino Z7 to be very helpful in situations like that... Just wipe 'em off...

I have had several yellow cars and the bugs are always trying to pollenate them. When I am detailing my S2k in the garage the car is covered with them.

Of course I looked at the front of my car last night and it was full of bugs. But I left them for now and smiled thinking of what I did to get them there!!

I get loads of bugs on the front license plate and the windscreen but very few anywhere else.
Must get swept over / to the side with the dynamics of the car.

" Life: Sometimes you're the bug - sometimes you're the windshiield."

Don't recall from whom I stole that, but it seems appropriate.

If you really want to experience a bug disaster, try driving thru a river valley when the mayflies have hatched. Yeeeech!
