Empty or full? That would be a lot of weight if full.

Yea, empty. I don't know that I would want to subject it to full ones.

OFMT!

a keg in the passenger seat is illegal in CA, right? since alcohol can only be stored in a vehicle's trunk and no where inside.

or am i just imagining this law? haha
WTF? Is there anything that isn't illegal in Kalifornia? What a joke. Those dumbacrats sure know how to screw things up.

"Carrying beverages: The only alcohol within a vehicle must be full, sealed and unopened, otherwise it must be placed in the trunk or a place where passengers don't sit. This doesn't apply to bus, taxi, camper or motor home non-driving passengers."

so there were some slight details missing. but makes sense right? opened booze in the passenger area isn't really necessary is it? just like i dun want people smoking in my car, i wouldn't want them drinking in it either. but that's just me. haha.

but seriously... that's a big keg. so OP fit one on the passenger seat and one in the trunk? i want a pic of the keg in the trunk. haha

If that's your criteria then all sorts of things should be illegal. The intent of the law (I presume it's to prevent drunk driving) is what should be enforced instead of what's stored where within the car...

Do you really need the law to keep your passengers in check?
