so a i just got the S2000 back from the body shop from an accident on the rear quarter and rear bumper, so this is what happens last weekend....

this is what i wake up to this saturday morning.....

screeching tires (this is when i was starting to wake up)
a car alarm going off looked out the window
trying to hit and run but her halfshaft got ****ed so she couldn't drive
driver doesn't have insurance

That's ridiculous. Care to elaborate a little on what happened? Looks like a weird situation based on how far she is from you, where you're parking and how she hit you, and what her excuse was for trying to run.

 

Isn't it obvious? She didn't have insurance.


That sucks bro, but at least she screwed herself by trying to flee and not being able to. Now the cops got record of it. Some small justice at least.

 

i know my insurance has a option for people like that, that dont have insurance and it does something i forgot, but i know there is a a program for dealing with people who dont have insurance.
