I just got my S2000 dynoed!!!
Well, guys I just got back and I just had my car dynoed. I did three runs, The 1st two runs where done in 3rd gear and the last run was done in 4th gear. Overall after all said and done I came out first in "4 cylinder n/a" I will post my dyno graph later once I get a chance too. The 2nd car that dynoed the highest was a civic that put 163fwhp. I dynoed 197rwhp. Though I think I could of 200rwhp if they had the fan infront of the intake in the 1st run. It didn't matter though overall I came out first!! Everyone was very surprised cause I dynoed 184rwhp the 1st run. Then I managed to dyno 197 on my 2nd run.
The way it was categorized was by: power mod = turbocharger, supercharger, and nitrous (only choose one to dyno with)
4 cylinder n/a
4 cylinder + power mod
6 cylinder n/a
6 cylinder + power mod
I won the 4 cylinder n/a (bone stock) @ 197rwhp
I think some guy won the 4 cylinder + power mod with a turbo talon @ 23psi with 355 at the wheels
I don't know who won the 6 cylinder n/a
The guy who won the 6 cylinder + power mod was a 744rwhp Toyota Supra.
When the girl brought out the paper to show us who won in each class. She pulled me to the side and told me that I won. Even though I didn't get to take home my trophy because the guy that dynoed the 163fwhp civic was kinda pissed off at me. The conversation went like this:
Civic Kid: Who is the punk that took my 30 dollars and my trophy.
Me: That guy is me.
Civic Kid: Oh, what car did you use?
Me: My Honda S2000
Civic Kid: Was it bone stock?
Me: Yup sure is!
*he doesn't say anything*
At the end I got back my 30 dollars for paying the dyno and I would of gotten the trophy but I just gave it to the civic guy cause he was acting like an ass when the girl who told him that he lost. He then had the nerves to ask me to get 30 dollars!! Of course I said no to him. At that point I wanted to take back the trophy cause he is such an ass. I didn't though.
Overall I am very happy, I rein supreme in the 4 cylinder class!!! Funny cause some people was like oh shit that Honda dynoed higher then a lot of the 6 cylinder n/a and he is STOCK. Long Live the Honda S2000
I am not complaining either.... I got to know the girl that pulled me to the side, her name was Tracy and I got a nice kiss on each side of the cheek. For being so sweet and giving my trophy to the civic kid!

I'm glad to hear that you're pleased with your engine output.
I have to say, though, that this sounds like the lowest form of automotive competition ever envisioned. Even in drag racing, some sort of skill is involved in launching the car and getting the shifts off quickly. Here, it sounds like you're just hooking up your car to a dynomometer and seeing who has the the most powerful car. Not much of a competition. They give trophies?
