i keep getting 26+mpg..
i keep getting 26+mpg on my car.. is that normal??
i used to get around 23mpg... and then i hadnt filled up my gas tank for a long time cuz of high gas price.. and now the price is dropped and i have started filling up the tank, and i've started calculating my mileage.. and last night i got 26.02 mpg.. best i've gotten was 26.7mpg..
i think my fuel injectors arent very clean or something cuz the previous owner didnt take care of air filter. maybe does that have to do with mpg of my car??
or nothing wrong with getting 26+mpg?

i average 26-27 on daily commute: highway traffic, local roads, etc.
on my recent roundtrip from ATL to MIA, I got 29.6mpg and 30.4mpg on the way back up.
If you learn how to drive the car better, i.e. throttle control, giving it just enough throttle to scoot around town then you'll definately get better mileage.
does humidity have anything to do with gas mileage???? its hurricane season in the SE.
