I've been away from my S for 5 days and miss her so badly! I'm on vacation in Florida and when I get behind the wheel of my rental (Nissan Sentra...) I just ache for the feeling of my car every day. I don't know how some of you guys had to part with your cars, whether by choice or not, because it is really painful. Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying my vacation very much, but every time I'm practically falling asleep behind the wheel, all I can think about is my baby. The weight and feel of the shifter, how much more fun it would be to have the top down and feel of a real engine getting me to my destination.

The plus side to the Sentra is that it has a mode where it tells you the return in MPG based on your driving style and the AC is freezing. Then again, I have yet to use my AC in my car. I just fight through the pain of how utterly boring and lifeless the ride is and it makes me appreciate my S even more, the more time I'm away, the better it will be when I'm back behind the wheel. I'll just milk this thing for every MPG she can give me, return her, and never look back.

Im kinda feeling this way now. My S is just siting in my drive way with a doughnut on it while i wait for my rim to come back form the shop. Yesterday i just sat in it and listen to the radio. I could drive it but it just not the same

I feel you man.. My clutch is so bad it's not even drivable anymore so I'm stuck driving the van till I receive my stage 2 clutch, AP1 flywheel, AP1 slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder(leaking pretty bad) then get next weekend off of work and do it myself.
