Um, why not just ask for 100 extra hp?

Take $50, get a wrench and an acetylene torch...
Cut everything out of the car except the bare essentials....

Passenger seat, spare tire, tool kit, AC, windows, soft top....

Make sure you take out all the airbags as well.

Then your car will have the effect of 50 extra hp.
And it only cost you $50!

 

How about this one: Sell your MY04, buy a MY00 with SC or turbo.... won't cost any money extra!
