Default I need your input: Amuse Dual R1 or OEM Hardtop?

My budget is pretty good now and I'm thinking about buying only *one* expensive mod, for this season.

I really like the Amuse Dual R1(~$1800) and the OEM Hardtop(~$2500+180 kit c), and will eventually get both in the future. For now, which one would you pick and why?

This forum seems pretty dead so I decided to make a thread to add some life around here.

I dunno about the Amuse Dual R1 but I think an oem hardtop is a good choice for winter. It looks really pretty:

But then again I have been looking at exhausts lately

I say exhaust but I live in So. Cal. so I have my top down most of the time. Do you drive your car much during the winter to enjoy your top? I'd get a top and a lower priced exhaust for now. If you can afford the top, it looks like you can get your top and a lower priced exhaust.

i think you should get the hardtop, i just love the way the OEM HT looks on the s2k...even though i live in cali where the weather is good and i drive with the top down most of the time, i would get a HT if they were cheaper and have it on most of the year...

that exhaust is nice, but a little more than what i would pay with all these other cheaper exhaust systems on the market. if you wanted performance then save that $1800 and thats half the payment on a supercharger

if its winter time in your town and you cant get the top down , i would suggest that you get the hard top, if not then the dual exhaust seems really cool, esp with the top down!

I went through winter with the softtop. It was no big deal whatsoever.

Personally I like the Mugen top better than the OEM one.

But I chose the dual R1. It's simply amazing AND you can enjoy it all the time.

I love mine. No way would I ever get a hardtop over that exhaust.

Razor....GPW and Hartop together = No Brainer

The top will be my next mod although that damn R1000 keeps calling my name.
