Today, while taking a 90 degree turn a little hard (not fast) my tires squealed... A cop gave me a ticket for 'driving too fast for the curve' based solely on 'my tires squealing'... I asked him, is it possible that my tires squealed due to improper tire inflation? The extremely rough uneaven road surface? The extremely hot road surface? (It was ~90 degrees out with the sun shining on the road surface). I told him that this was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of and asked if he would be defending this ticket at my court date and if he was unfairly profiling me due to being young in a flashy car...

I immediately dropped off the entirely unreadable ticket at my lawyer's office... the same one who got all three bogus tickets I received AT ONE traffic stop dismissed. I keep getting unfair tickets that I have to constantly pay for to have dismissed!

Anyone else getting tickets just because it's an S2000?!?

Nah, I admit that I deserved 12 of the last 14 tickets I've gotten...and the other two probably just made up for something else i didnt get pulled for.
No special attention so far in my S2000 though.

QueRAM,

The interior is getting removed this weekend and hopefully going back in ASAP to revise the stereo... then you can drive it.

At least I cannot get tickets while the car is undrivable in the garage...

You people are way too funny...

We're putting off the honeymoon for a while... with all my lawyer fees, I'll never be able to afford to go anywhere!

Shaner,
All this time I figured you were just driving around in the Stook for your honeymoon.
