Default i put 87 octane in my 02

sup s2ki fam,

Last night on my way home from work & almost on E (1 bar left), I pull up to a MOBIL gas station and proceed to fill up. After paying & to my suprise, that particular station offered only (1)87 grade octane gas. After bert-staring the cashier and telling her my budget porsche only takes 91, I resume filling up ($10). I make my way home (10-15 miles, no v-tec), then proceed to fill up more ($20 with 91 MOBIL) with the thought that the two octanes would mix and hopefully I would be ok.

This is the first time I have EVER put sub-91 grade octane in my car (due to emergency).

Due to me being OCD, I also plan to put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner when the current tank hits E.

S2ki, based on the content above, am I "ok"? If not, any suggestions on what I must do?

Thanks in advance! peace

Just use the tank up and then re fill with 91+ gas. I'm sure you'll be fine but I won't drive it hard personally.

This is for an 08 but the info on fuel applies as well. See page 128.

balance it out by putting 93 in. You'll be fine, though.

MPG will not be good. Overall performance will suffer. But your engine will be fine.
