It's not round or chrome...but I have a Momo Anatomico and love it. Clean, simple look and very comfortable to shift - no problems with temperature wither.

Get the Countersunk Shift Knob from Muz. It shortens the shifter throw just a bit and feels very nice in your hand. I have one. I would not trade it for anything. Here is the link.
