You may need new headlights too. I don't know for sure, your question is a little light on the details.

bumper should fit directly. Only part that is different is the splash guard. Most of the time you can get it to work with the existing splash guard just by modifying it slightly.

Okay, that's what I suspected...just wanted to make sure. Everyone on the board was swapping headlights at the same time, so I though it was necessary.

Onthe other hand...here's a quote from hardtopguy:
"S2000 Front Bumper *

This bumper is a direct bolt on for your 00-03 car. The bumper comes in primer ready for paint. To complete the installation you should also purchase the grille, and tow hook cover. The front splash shields are also needed if you don't want to modify your current splash shields* Front Lip Spoiler... ".

I say, if it works that way, then it will work in reverse too.
Good luck and get the camera ready (I'm semi interested in doing it as well).

FWIW, I went from AP2 to an aftermarket front which was designed for an AP1, so I had the same concerns.

The AP2 splash shield have 4 small brackets that the AP2 front bumper uses as mount points. They extend further forward than the AP1 splashguards do.

You can either bend the brackets up (for future use) or remove them completely. If you need to go back to your AP2 front you can just zip tie it.
