what would you guys pick? It would be a hard choice for me since the NSX is an extremely well made machine and the s2000 is just as well made. both handle godly well. i think in the end i would pick the nsx because of that fact its a MR car. MR cars are the recipe for a supercar and thats what the NSX is.

S2000 has nothing to do against the Ayrton Senna's tuned NSX

My initial response is to say the NSX, but if they were 40k there would be a LOT more of them on the street. I wonder if they would still be as desirable? (probably )

No contest. The NSX @ 40K would be an outright steal of a deal.

Well, for $40k the NSX would be nothing like the ones you see today. So it is hard to say.

That price is only $10k more than an an S2000 but the maintenance is at least double the cost now...

I would prefer an Acura for the better service and warranty though...

For having that much car for only $40k would make the NSX much lower in quality. Might be like a Japanese Fiero or something. I believe you get what you pay for so a $40k NSX may end up being a cheap car. There is no way they could build them like the way they do now for that price. But, I am amazed they can build the S2000 for the price it is...

that's like saying if a brand new Ferrari were only $60k would you buy that or an M3? or if that 5000 sq ft house cost only $20k more than a 2000 sq ft house which would you choose.

These "If" scenarios are a bit contrived.

I personally think that the NSX is one old ugly car. No 'minor changes' can change that.

I'd much rather look into other cars, or take the S2000.
