I'll be installing some tein-s tech' & koni's soon
I bought a set of koni yellows and tein s tech's from jsyang15 who so far has been very helpful and easy going... Right now I'm gonna be on the stock 16's for a month or so until I buy my rims... (I'm hoping to be picking up some work meister or ssr professors or similar style rim either 17's or 18's) Well I definitely want to ride pretty low, Wen i have my new rims I want them to be tucked or no gap or very little gap at all... In light of that I was reading that the tein s tech do not lower as much in the back as the front.... So I was thinking to have a nice even drop all the way around and a more flat look for the car it would be good to put the front shocks on the middle perch and the back on the lowest... Would this be low enough for some who is looking for a decent drop? Does any one have any experience with this? Or should i just put it on the lowest perch all the way around? Any insight would be great.. also any pictures maybe!!! All info will be great... Thanks
The reason I'm asking is because I'm paying for install and want to get it right the first time...
^^^ Thanks for the info... In my case though this is the set up I will be runnign for a little while. So i'm gonna have to work with what I got... So for the lowest most even drop should I go lowest perch in back and middle perch in the front.... Any pics or other info would be good...
i have this setup, and there are only two perches on the shocks. my car was undriveable on 18's with it being on the lower perch when i first installed the combo at the same time, so i raised it back up on the top perch. although i haven't tried with my oem rims, i think it'll be tucked on the lower perch. also, be prepared to roll your fenders if you're wanting the tucked look. here are some pics of my car on the higher one.
