As long as you dont have to reach behind you to get it you'r safe...DMV told me this 4 yrs ago and never got a ticket since,..seems it started with vettes since they dont have mounting holes

 

Insurance company took it. Wish I had thought to grab the top and wheels before they did.

Glad to see another old time member come back. We really need it with how down hill this forums seems to be getting.

But yeah it does suck that you did not snag the hardtop or wheels. That would have been my first thing.

But I don't really talk on this site much anymore because it seems like with how cheap you can get an S2000 now that this is the new Honda-Tech. Or atleast it has felt like that for the last year or so.
