Default I'm embarressed..Customer Service

I ordered Zymol (I'm far too into Waxes), to test it out... Some really nice stuff, 70bucks for 8oz.

Anyway, the top on it is a little odd (they have a weird seal)... needless to say, my carelessness allowed about half of it to spill onto the floor... (oops, ouch...35 bucks).

Well, I wrote them and explained what happened... they are replacing my wax with a NEW container of the same.

All I can say is: WOW! It was my fault, I fxxxxd up... and they are totally taking care of it. Now thats what I call a cool-ass company.

p.s. I waxed my stook with the remained (plenty left of course)-- ohh my god, its awesome wax... I'm sold (no, I haven't tried Zaino yet). Definately better than Pinnacle wax IMHO (which is also good stuff), but the lusture was better, again IMHO with Zymol.

Doh!

Yea, Zymol is a great group of people. And the products kick booty too. They have been very generous with the S2KCA and sponsorship of our various things.

Great stuff...glad you had a good experience with them!

I used to use their car wash soap and was able to find it just about everywhere (Kragen and Target). Now I can't find it anywhere in the stores. Do they still make it?

Is this the same Zymol that you can buy at Auto Zone or the like? Or is it a different vendor?

It's the same. They make excellent products.

I found the car soap at http://www.autosupermart.com (the same place I bought my Plexus).

Love the Zymol wax but can't get used to leaving it in the fridge. Good thing it is blue or it could wind up as a spread on a midnight snack

I got mine at COSTCO.. two for the price of one. Don't exactly remember the price but it was like... REAL cheap.
Oh yeah, and I love the stuff.

Didn't know you are supposed to keep it in the fridge though.

Someone on this board told me that the Zymol you see in WalMart and Costco is actually rebranded Turtle Wax and not the real stuff...but that was never confirmed with hard proof.

Anyway, why would anyone want to make wax out of turtles? I think people who use Turtle Wax are sick and are perpetuating cruelty to animals. Why hasn't PETA piped up on this?
