I'd also add a link to adding wear patches on the inside and the bike chain guards for new owners. My soft top at 15k miles came with some light wear on the insude due to the TSB not being performed. The "wear patches" have prevented it from getting worse and reinforcing any new spots that pop up. Keeping an eye on the inside of the soft top is another thing to always check periodically on the s2k.

How about lube the soft top seals (windshield and door windows) with the shin-itsu grease.

Also, locate the secret compartment, and the fuel door release.

Cannot find solid information about lube. Can you post links please?

Absolutely check for cracked retainers. The engine can go upwards of 20k miles before a retqiner let go after an overrev. Better to catch it now then drop a valve several monhs down the road. If you suspect the car was abused before your ownership, this check is an absolut must. Heck, you should prob check them before you buy the car.

OK, in the to do next list, 12 (torque subframe bolts) should be done before you have 4 (alignment) done. Maybe just a note saying to do them in that order.
