I'm really sick of "tonneau" covers...

Sorry, when I first joined the site I had people talking about their tonneau covers all the time... and I wondered why on earth people were using such silly things. It took me like six months to figure out you guys all meant the boot, at which point I felt pretty silly. Still bitter.

I had a "true" tonneau on my Miata and it was great in the winter. Un zip the drivers side and go. I also think it saved wear and tear on the top. I rarely used the top. I want a tonneau for the s2000 and keep checking each time I see a post. They just look so cool.

I have never used mine. What if I use it and then it rains? Where do I put it if I put my top up?

It should be called "The pain in the ass cover that most owners either never use, or try like hell to sell for $20"

All of y'all are wrong. The people who make the car call it a soft top cover.

600-20 damn, that's some depreciation.

I never got one with my car, I went back to the dealership afterward...The sales man said "you already took delivery, you cant do anything about it now" and walked away.

Damn sales people...your best friend until you sign the paper.

Nice observation though
