looks pretty clean and pretty nice price for that year, dunno about the mileage, could be last owner do alot freeway mile which is better than another car with 50k doing all city driving.

Yeah, how those miles were made is more important than the actual number. Odds are, with that high of mileage it;s mostly highway. I think thats a solid deal considering a lot of peopel are asking that price for 02-04s with that kind of mileage.

I dunno seems like a decent deal.

I just picked up an 05' with 30K 1 owner for 19,300. It took a lot of looking and a 4 hour drive, but if you do some digging and are patient you should be able to find a better deal IMO.

On the other hand, In feb of this year I picked up an 01 with 50,000 for 16,900; so its not a bad deal.

I learned so much after buying my first one that it was much easier the second time around.

looks clean, what bothers me is the high mileage, two years at over 25,000 a year means allot of freeway miles and what i would do is look for one with lower miles for a little more, in the end , say 3 years from now you want a car with 85,000 miles or 55,000 on it? just a thought. resale would be ???? then?

If you take it to a shop have them do a compression and leakdown test to make sure the motor is in good condition. That price is kinda fishy to me.... Also make sure you carfax it.

Except for the fact that highway milage in So Cal is probably more stop and go than city driving .

Not a bad deal as long as its in great shape. If you know a good mechanic or can do it yourself do a compression and leakdown test to it as stated above (this should give you a good idea as to the wear on the motor).
