Wow. There is MABEY two s2000's in my town. This one AP2 Imola Orange and there used to be a 2000 s2000 that the local honda dealers wife drove in the middle of winter when the s2000's first came out. I have not seen if for a while.

Anyways, about 2 times a year I see this Imola Orange S2000 drive around, and it REALLY catches my eye. I dunno if its the color, or just the fact that its a rare breed in my town (s2000). I took a picture out of my window at work yesterday, and it JUST STANDS OUT among a field of boring colored cars. WOW!



This one is MINT, i bet it gets driven only a few times a year.

Out of curiosity, this color was not available in the US, only Canada? What years was it available in Canada?

looks like the 350z orange. not feeling it good thing the US never got them.

 

My bro has a 350z in orange, I always thought they were the same, until I saw it yesterday, and i can tell you it is different. The pictures don't do it justice. The 350z is ligher and more orange/yellow where the Imola is kinda of pink/redish orange. Its hard to describe, but i DEFIANTLY like the Imola better.

Any idea what year the s2000 was offered in Imola in Canada? I think it was only the AP2's, and only for a year, 2007 I think? I hear it was also an upgrade (more $$$) than the regular s2000 colors, so dont feel bad, I think we had to pay extra for it.

Imola is one of the best colors for S2000s imo - it certainly stands out, which is probably why AHMC won't sell it - too wild for them.

 

For fact the US never got Imola!

And yes, I think it is the most beautiful S2000 color, and that is coming from me, Spa Leader...

 

Honda has released orange cars. I think the fit and the element come in orange now. Also the RSX if you wanna go to acura.

But imola orange is definately the best color for the s2k. With moonrock coming in a close second.

 

You're right, Honda sells two oranges already for the Element and Fit - all the more reason to sell an orange S.
