you cannot compare ITB's and an intake.. ITB's require a significant amount of tuning and you cant just slap them on like an intake.

ITB's are more of an advanced mod then a simple bolt-on like an intake.
ITB's cost a lot of money and a lot of tuning, and are for more of a RACING car. While an intake is just a simple bolt-on which requires no tuning to have, is very cheap, and produces only very minimal gains.
