Loud depends on your perspective -- I think it sounds great!
It is a good power gainer, one of the best. Usually FI S2000s benefit most from a 3" (76mm) exhaust, but it just depends on how long you are waiting before going FI.
It's a great exhaust though, and you should have no problems running it with FI other than missing out on a few ponies....
