Default Info on Tonneau Cover???

I've heard that a tonneau cover that will protect
the interior while the car is parked with the top
down is in production but I've seen no further
information. Anyone have an update on this??

I'm aware of the tonneau cover for the convertible top but am looking for one that covers the whole interior, either from the dash on back or over the windshield on back. Triumph and MG used to have such items for their cars but I've yet to see one for the S2000. Any help would be appreciated.

There were a few postings in this forum about the type of tonneau that you are looking for. The hang up with all of them, I think, was the method for attaching the tonneau to the car. I don't remember any of the names of the threads. Perhaps you can do a search for tonneau.

I saw one on e-bay a while back. I don't remember who made it or who was selling it.
I actually saw it on e-bay a couple times.
Good luck.

talk to G-s2k or HoptintonMA as they both have covers BUT these covers only seem to protect from birds, eyes, etc as i don't think it's waterproof..

here's a pic (black one)

Thanks for the help and ideas. I found one source that makes
the full interior protection covers in a number of fabrics and colors. If you're interested, check out http://www.sportsimportsltd.com/conincov.html:)

Are you talking about a cockpit cover? Mine is from Covercraft, $60+, covers the cockpit of the car when you park.

OR

Are you talking about a tonneau cover like the old British roadsters? This was being developed by Luder94.

Just do a search for tonneau and you will get a ton of results.

Yes what happened to this project-Luder94 was going to produce these. Last I heard, he was testing the prototype and fine tuning his design. Man, this would be soooo useful- keeping the S safe from prying eyes...

Guys,

Just a little more patience, I think we will hear from Mr. Luder94 very shortly...
