Default Injen CAI...

i'm thinking about getting one of those but i have to know if it will clear with the Spoon STB? also do they have new or old version that i should be watch out for and what price is a fair price for it? thanks.

Well, I just had mine installed and it won't fit on any STB. The reason is because the vent hose is located on the top part of the intake. (don't know why but all of the injen that I saw was on the side) I will post some pics later and you will see what I mean)

This is a normal one, the vent hose is at the side of the intake


This is the one that I have now and notice that the vent hose is on top of the intake. I can't put any strut bars on now.


Anyone know what's up with that? Are there a 1st and 2nd generation of the Injen intake?

Please help!

I think there may be. I've seen two separate part numbers for Injen CAIs on ebay. I think there may be have been a design revision that is different for the '02s.

looks like either one is not going to clear with the Spoon STB....

My comptech STB fits fine w 2-3mm between the Injen intake.
