inner roof lining
I've got one. I think I paid $320 or so during a group buy from MG.
Took about 30 mins to install. Slight improvement in outside noise reduction. If I'm remembering correctly, there was a pretty big drop in wind noise. I've had it through part of one winter already and there wasn't much difference in the temperature of the car in the morning than pre-top liner (meaning it's still cold as f*ck when I get in).
Personally, I find it's mostly for aesthetics as it's not all that thick. It does make the top look a lot better. Do a search on it; others in the group buy posted their opinions after receiving it.

I installed one within days of getting my car. After a year, it's coming loose in a number of places and I'm going to have to spend some time refitting and fixing it. I may take it off altogether if I can't tighten it up sufficiently. First, its pulling loose along the front area over the top of the windshield frame. Second, several months ago, I had to make up my own new velcro attachment points where it connects over the top of the two side windows. Third, the plastic piece that force fits over the rear roof frame piece is always coming loose and has to be refit about once a week. Finally, the attachment points in the rear near the plastic window have come loose as well.
Frankly, there are a number of things about this design that could be improved. The system of attachment points is poorly conceived, in my opinion, and not capable of withstanding frequent raising and lowering of the top. I'm not sure this product is worth the cost. The cosmetic improvement is nice, but after a few weeks, you don't notice the roof anyway. I'd think twice about spending money on this.

I should add that I don't raise and lower the top frequently so my attachement problems aren't quite as bad as Rick's. It did begin to pull loose along in the front (the glue for the velcro isn't very durable) but I just shoved it back in tighter.
I only bought it because I don't see myself buying a hardtop anytime soon and my top isn't down often. If you ride frequently top down you should probably just spend your money elsewhere.

If you don't use your boot cover, like me, I can't see that this wouldn't be a wise investment. The inside of my top is starting to fade, and I'm worried about the top material itself breaking down with prolonged exposure to sunlight. I'm still looking into getting this top liner.
I had one installed for about 2 weeks in my car. It looked nice and helped slightly with road noise, but I sold it because it reduced the headroom by about an inch. One inch too much because my hair hit the headliner.
