Someone told me labor is like 20 hours to replace a soft top? That's nuts. Is this a joke, and what if you find a like new used OEM top, still 20 hours?

I have seen people claim to do it in 8 hrs or less on YouTube, 20 seems extreme.

5 or 6 if you know what you're doing.
